The Rates Lookup is found in the top row of the Travelogic™ Dashboard.
Use this handy tool to:
- look up supplier services and rates without having to create a new request/quotation
- test supplier services, capacity and rates as you are loading them
By clicking on the Rates Lookup button, you will find a modified Find Services screen:
In the top row of the Find Services screen you can set up the:
- Passengers (the default pax are 2 Sharing Adults)
- Start Date
- Client's Location
- Client Type (un-tick Agent in case of direct client)
Search for the supplier services as per normal using the criteria in the left margin of the Find Services screen:
Double click to select the service. Edit the number of nights, meal basis, etc.:
Click on the Rates tab to view the rates applicable to this service:
