You can send supplier reservation emails directly from Travelogic™
Before sending the supplier reservation emails, we recommend that you first edit / update the passenger information.
Once you have done so, go to the Reservations section of Travelogic (click on the Quotation menu and click on the Reservations button):
- Highlight a service
- Click on the Send Email Reservation button
- Select Book and Confirm, Check Availability or Book Provisionally (this will affect the wording used in the email)
- Tick to Show Pricing Summary of the services
- Tick to Show Custom Fields, if you have any set up in your version of Travelogic

This will automatically generate an Outlook email to the Supplier, using the default Reservation Contact email address

- Once you have sent the email, the state of the service/s will change to Requested
- Once you have received a confirmation from the supplier, use the Book or Provisional button at the top of the screen to update the service status
- Enter the supplier's reservation reference (this reference shows on the voucher)
- Click OK
- Follow the same procedure to update the status of the rest of the services
- Use the Book All button to update the services simultaneously. Note that you will have to go to each service to enter the supplier references.
You will also need to update the state of the Quotation to match the service state/s :
- Click on the orange File menu
- Select State
- Select the state from the list provided
- See the new state in bottom left corner of the screen:
- Save
