The Sales Analysis Report is compact report, focused on Sales (Invoiced Totals) per Consultant and/or Client / Client Type.
The Sales Totals are split into Commissionable and Non-Commissionable sales, and are also shown as Inclusive and Exclusive of Taxes.
The Sales Analysis Report is stored under Management Reports, which can be accessed as follows:
- From the Dashboard, click on the main File menu, Reports, then Management:
- Select the Sales Analysis Report from the list provided
The Run Sales Analysis Report screen will appear as follows:
1. Under Date Selection, specify the period that you want to run the report for
2. You also have the option to
- Search By Travel Date: this option will find all customer invoices for quotations that start travelling between the dates selected, OR
- Search By Invoice Date: this option will find all customer invoices created between the dates selected
3. Select the Company
4. Select the language you want to run the report in
5. Select the format that you want the report in:
- Group By Service Type and Client
- Group By Client
- Group By User, i.e. Consultant
6. Select the Quotation State that you would like to run the report for
7. Select the Client Type you would like to run the report for
8. Click View to run the report leaving the Run Report screen open or OK to run the report and close the Run Report screen:
The Sales Analysis Report includes the following data:
- The Quotation Reference Number
- The Client
- The Pastel Client Code
- The Client Type, i.e. Direct/B2C or Agent/B2B
- The Quotation Group Name
- The Currency
- The Quotation Start Date
- The Consultant assigned to the request
- The Company set up in Travelogic™
- The Accounting Document (Customer or Proforma Invoice) Reference Number
- The Accounting Document (Customer or Proforma Invoice) Creation Date
As well as:
- The Commission Sales: Exclusive and Inclusive of Taxes
- The Cost Amount: Exclusive and Inclusive of Taxes
- The Non-Commissionable Sales: Exclusive and Inclusive of Taxes
- The Commission Amounts: Exclusive and Inclusive of Taxes
- The Profit Tax Amount
- The Sales Tax Amount
